only the best protein bars will do!

Society nowadays recommends we eat 5-6 meals per day, ensuring our bodies are constantly supplied with amino acids to build muscles and boosting up our metabolisms to burn fat.

It doesn’t take long for magazines and websites alike to recommend we take the expensive option of snacking into that branded protein bar, that will only end up leaving a hole in your wallet.

Easy alternative – a homemade protein bar.

Many of my friends and clients often talk to me about how they can’t help but indulge into a biscuit or two or even three with their afternoon cuppa. Yes they may not have the determination to say no, so what do I recommend?

One solution, why not make your own homemade protein bars? The flavour’s are endless, the list goes on. Simply make your favorite bars in batch and you have your own protein rich bars to indulge into for days, leaving you feeling guilt-free.

One other great thing about homemade protein bars is that you know exactly what’s going in them and you can tweak the ingredients to suit your tastes. – as well as being ridiculously cheaper than other protein bars on the market.
