My favorite way to incorporate this is by using FST-7 training. We all get them, but without proper stretching you may be thinking you’ve had a great workout, when in reality you could be building muscle tension, creating muscle imbalance, minimalizing range of motion and even increasing injury – doesn’t sound great!
